Dear Family,
We are excited to bring All Rita’s Children together for our family reunion on March 13, 2027.
As we prepare for the reunion, we are asking the adult children and grandchildren across our family to consider contributing $50 or more to the reunion fund to help us cover the costs of bringing everyone together. To help the Reunion Committee finalize plans and expenses, we are asking that contributions be made by January 17, 2027.
All contributions will go into a dedicated reunion fund and will be used to help cover expenses such as the venue, photography, games and prizes, entertainment, supplies, and other costs associated with the reunion.
The $50 contribution is not a fee to attend the reunion. It is simply a way for those who are able to help share in the cost of making the day possible. If you are able to give more, we are grateful for the additional support. If you are unable to contribute, we still want you there. This reunion belongs to all of us.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We understand the importance of being responsible and transparent when handling family contributions. The Reunion Committee has established a formal committee charter and a dedicated account for reunion funds. Contributions and reunion expenses will be tracked, and financial updates will be shared with the family throughout the planning process.
